Workout tips for fitness motivation all winter

New Year’s resolutions and good intentions aside, many people find that winter can put their fitness routine on ice, reducing workout motivation and frequency. Research has shown, though, that winter workouts can strengthen immunity and be powerful mood-boosters1 —so maintaining your motivation pays off.

To get you started, here are some tips on how to change up your routine.

1. Vary your exercise routine.
