How to create your custom link

1. Log in to Provider Center at carecredit.com/customlink .
2. Select your preferred format(s). Your custom link comes in a variety of formats (QR code and display; unique URL to add to emails, statements and more; website banners or buttons), each associated with your CareCredit merchant ID number.
3. Share with patients. Each format links them directly to the self-guided financing experience from their own device.
4. Get paid quickly. As always, you receive payment from the transaction within two business days when they pay with the CareCredit credit card.

Customize the experience

The pay option can be turned ON or OFF. The default setting is ON. If you’d like to change this, all it takes is a quick click. You can also select the promotional financing options you want to make available.*
