Activation

Enabling CareCredit in RevenueWell is easy:

  1. Navigate to Practice Settings / Carecredit or via URL: https://p1.revenuewell.com/PracticeSettings/CareCredit
  2. Enter CareCredit MID, click "Connect CareCredit" button.

NOTE: Activation may take up to 48 hours. Once activated, you should start seeing CareCredit statuses of your patients. CareCredit statuses will only be populated/updated on patients who have an appointment scheduled within the next 8 days
