Activation
Enabling CareCredit in PatientNow is easy:
- Navigate to the “CareCredit Tab” via the following steps → Back Office, Financial, and then there is a Tab called ‘CareCredit’.
- Ensure the “Enable” Box at the top is checked to activate the integration + They’ll want to “Enable” Quick Screen to have the Batch Pre-Approval Process activated in patientNOW.
- At the Bottom of the screen the provider will enter their MID + Practice CODE 1024
- If a provider has multiple locations that want to utilize the integration, please have them contact patientNOW @ 800-436-3150, to walk them through that process.
