Hello there! Did you know Nextech now has CareCredit directly integrated into our practice management software? This integration provides new features to make your practice easier to run so you can focus on the real job at hand.

The new Batch Quick Screen feature shows for a patient with an upcoming appointment whether they are pre-approved or an existing account holder.

Now, capturing and posting CareCredit payments is much simpler because you do not need to juggle both systems simultaneously. Once you proceed through creating the payment in Nextech, the CareCredit interface opens and you can finish capturing the transaction. Closing the CareCredit window at the end automatically posts the payment into Nextech. Of course, a refund can be done right from within Nextech as well.

Additionally, the CareCredit module icon at the top of the Nextech software allows you to access the CareCredit interface, where you can accomplish many tasks, including reprinting previous transaction receipt, submitting a CareCredit application or checking the status of a previously submitted application.

No hassle of the separate Nextech software and CareCredit website open on your local web browser anymore. We are incredibly excited about this new integration, and we hope you are as well.
