CareCredit is sending promotional materials, including displays, signs and stickers with custom QR codes, to help providers encourage patients or clients to prequalify and apply for the CareCredit credit card. New cardholders who open and use an account between September 1 and October 31, 2026, may earn a $50 or $100 statement credit by registering with the offer code.

These materials feature your custom QR code, making it easy for patients or clients to see if they prequalify and apply for the CareCredit credit card on their own device. Between September 1 – October 31, 2026: your patients or clients must (1) open a new CareCredit account, (2) use it to make in-network purchase(s), and (3) register online at carecredit.com/promotion to earn a statement credit. If earned, statement credit will post to account within 3 billing cycles of offer end date. Account must remain open, in good standing and not become delinquent. Limit one statement credit per account. Applications submitted during offer period but approved after October 31, 2026, are not eligible. Statement credit cannot be used to satisfy the required minimum monthly payment on the cardholder’s account and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.
