CareCredit also offers longer term special financing for 24, 36, 48 or 60-month periods with Reduced APR and Fixed Monthly Payments Required Until Paid in Full.

Yes – you’d be able to select the financing options for your practice from the Manage Promotions feature in our Provider Center platform. You must accept CareCredit for purchases of any amount, and at least one special financing option must be available for purchases of $200 or more.

Your patients or clients can see if they prequalify with no impact to their credit bureau score and then apply for a CareCredit credit card via your custom link and QR code or by visiting carecredit.com/apply. They can also apply at your location or by phone (must be 18+ to apply, must be 21+ to apply by phone). Application decisions are provided instantly, and approved cardholders can use their credit to make purchases right away.

Your patients or clients can pay their balances to you online or in your practice. Simply download your custom link, then share the direct URL or QR code with your patients or clients on statements, emails, your website etc. or direct them to visit carecredit.com/pay on a PC, smartphone or tablet

With shorter-term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months minimum monthly payments are required, and no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when your patients or clients pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If they do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.

CareCredit also offers longer term healthcare financing for 24, 36, 48 or 60-month periods with reduced APR and fixed monthly payments are required until the balance is paid in full. Purchases of $1,000 or more may be eligible for 24 months offer with a 17.90% APR, 36 months offer with a 18.90% APR or 48 months offer with a 19.90% APR. Purchases of $2,500 or more may be eligible for a 60 months offer with a 20.90% APR.

Your processing rate is based on a few factors, including which special financing option a purchase is processed with. We don’t charge annual fees or monthly fees.

CareCredit pays your practice within two business days by making an electronic deposit into your bank account, minus our processing fee.

Regardless of whether a cardholder defaults, you receive payment within just two business days. CareCredit is a non-recourse program, so if cardholders delay payment or default, it's not your responsibility.* The financial relationship is between CareCredit and the cardholder.

When you join the CareCredit network, your practice receives complete support. CareCredit provides your staff members with an orientation, which includes training and helpful tools to present CareCredit to your patients or clients, efficiently process applications and accept payments. Your practice also receives all the ongoing supplies you'll need at no cost.
