CareCredit CCWare Update

CareCredit has updated its website! To take advantage of all the great new features of the site you’ll need to register your practice, and update your CareCredit PMS Software tool.

Please follow these steps:

Create an Account:

Step 1 - Visit and select Register Now

You will need:

  • Your Merchant ID, which can be found at the top of a recent merchant statement.
  • Your Practice Code or the Bank Account Number where your CareCredit funds are deposited.

Update CCWare:

Step 2 – Update CCWare

Note: This is if you use CareCredit inside your PMS software.

Registration is complete, and you’ve successfully updated your CareCredit CCWare tool!

  • If you have the CareCredit CCWare tool on multiple computers in your office, please follow step 2 to install the update on those computers as well.

  • 48 hours after registering for the new site, your access to the old site will be shut down. All of your historical activity and reporting will continue to be available on the new site.
