How do I enroll in eStatements?

To enroll in eStatements, tap Statements from the Activity section in the app.

How do I pay my CareCredit credit card bill?

Making a one-time payment is simple inside the app. You can make a payment towards your CareCredit account for the minimum payment due, statement balance, current balance, or a custom amount, with your bank account from the Payments section. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment at the email address on your account. If you would also like to receive custom account notifications on your mobile device regarding your due date, payment status, and more; enable account push notifications from the More section at any time.

How do I add a bank account?

When making a payment in the app, you can choose from a bank account used previously or add a new one by tapping +Add Account.

How do I pay an outstanding healthcare bill with CareCredit?

To make a payment to a doctor or provider in the CareCredit network* log into the CareCredit Mobile App and choose Pay My Healthcare Bill from the Payments section. Learn more about paying with CareCredit.

How do I register my CareCredit account?

If you are a new CareCredit cardholder or have never registered your account online, tap I've never logged in before in the app. During registration you will be asked for your full account number, last four digits of the primary cardholder's Social Security , and date of birth. Once you've successfully registered your account, you will create a Username and Password to securely manage your account in the CareCredit Mobile App or online, 24/7.
