  1. Delete the current version of CCWare by using the Remove Programs tool in your Control Panel
  2. Download your update.
  3. Click "Run" to download the file; you may be asked to select "Run" again
  4. Click "Next" in the CCWare Setup screen to begin the installation process
  5. Install the program to the CCWare directory on your computer which varies depending on your software, then click "Next"
  6. Click "Install" to complete the installation process
  1. Locate the directory where the current version of CCWare is installed (Note:It is likely in the Practice Management Software folder on a drive on the server and not on your local PC’s C: drive. You can type "CCWare" into the "Search Programs and Files" function in the Start menu to help you locate it.)
  2. Make a note of the directory or folder path where the existing CCWare file is located, you will need to reference it in a later step
  3. Delete all current versions of CCWare by using the Remove Programs tool in your Control Panel
  4. Download your update.
  5. You may need to click "Run" to download the file; you may be asked to select "Run" again
  6. Click "Next" in the CCWare Setup screen to begin the installation process
  7. On the 2nd screen of the Setup flow, you will be asked to "Select Destination Location", clear out the default directory path that is in the field and type in the directory path that you made note of in Step 2, then click "Next"
  8. Click "Install" to complete the installation process
