Pay My Provider is a secure payment portal where you can use your CareCredit credit card to pay out-of-pocket healthcare costs online, even when you’re not in your provider’s office.

Nothing. There is no extra cost to use Pay My Provider.

You can pay any bill as long as the provider is enrolled with CareCredit and accepts online payment through Pay My Provider.

Yes. As a CareCredit cardholder, you can take advantage of promotional financing options* to help pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. If you are not cardholder, you can apply for a CareCredit credit card and get an immediate decision. Once approved, you can use your CareCredit credit card immediately on Pay My Provider.

*Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required. See carecredit.com for details. Standard account terms apply to payments under $200. Promotional financing available on balances of $200-$5,000.

Pay My Provider is offered to all providers that accept CareCredit, however not all providers accept online payment. Ask your provider for details.

Providers can offer promotional financing for 6, 12 and 24 months through Pay My Provider. Not all promotional financing options are available. Promotional financing options your provider chooses to make available in-office may be different than options available through Pay My Provider. Ask your provider for details.

$5,000 is the maximum amount per procedure that can be paid using Pay My Provider, subject to credit approval.

Transactions made on Pay My Provider will appear in your CareCredit account online within 48 hours. Log into your CareCredit account online, access the CareCredit app on your smartphone, or check your printed statement for details.

Log into your account at CareCredit.com to confirm that the transaction was processed. If you have a copy of the receipt that was emailed to you at the time of transaction, forward a copy to your provider and have them contact Provider Services at (800) 859-9975. If you don’t have a copy, contact Cardholder Services at (866) 893-7864 to have the issue escalated.
