There are two CDs – a Leader Module and a series of Team Modules.

In the Leader Module, Ms. Banta gives doctors an overview of the issues caused by failed appointments and how they impact the practice not only in terms of lost time, but also in lost production, practice efficiency and team morale.

In the four 20-minute Team Modules, Ms. Banta provides the entire team the information and tools necessary to create an action plan to minimize failed appointments.

You’ll also find sample templates, including a vision statement, X-schedule, new patient and emergency information slips/stickers, a pre-block schedule, reminder cards and other materials the entire team can incorporate into the practice.
